If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within (60) business days and receive a full refund for the price of the product. Depending on the size of the return The Canvas Museum does reserve the right to charge a one time restocking fee. Orders older than 60 days from time of purchase do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. The Canvas Museum does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees. We will issue your refund within (12-24) hours of receiving the returned merchandise.

You may cancel your order within (24) hours of purchase, MST. We are committed to our customers and your satisfaction.

Cancelations after (24) hours will require the customer to return the undamaged product to receive a full refund. We cannot exchange your order after (24) hours because it will have already gone into production. Please review our RETURN POLICY.

Our global facilities allow us to provide fast FREE Shipping to most locations around the world! Our manufacturing facilities are located in the US, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom and Mexico. We offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Alaska.
We ship standard postage using multiple shipping methods throughout the world. Postage will be priced according to location. Majority of orders are generally delivered in 4-6 business days. For faster delivery, we also offer Priority shipping with a 2 business day delivery. Please note, while most of our orders are delivered within 6 business days, production of your custom canvas can take up to 3 business days.
Priority shipping will be delivered 2 – 3 business days after the canvas is produced. Please note that during holidays, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.
As soon as your canvas ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes delivery expectations by our eCommerce platform. Please allow up to (4) business days to receive your tracking link to check your order status.

The Canvas Museum does not provide customization to existing collection pieces or offer custom designs and sizes.
