If you don’t love it, return it. The Canvas Museum is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within (10) business days and receive a complimentary replacement or a full refund for the price of the product.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- The Canvas Museum does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees.
- We will typically issue your refund within (24-48) hours of receiving the returned merchandise.

Our global facilities allow us to provide fast FREE Shipping to most locations around the world! Our manufacturing facilities are located in the US, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom and Mexico. We offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Alaska.
We ship standard postage using multiple shipping methods throughout the world. Postage will be priced according to location. Majority of orders are generally delivered in 4-6 business days. For faster delivery, we also offer Priority shipping with a 2 business day delivery. Please note, while most of our orders are delivered within 6 business days, production of your custom canvas can take up to 3 business days.
Priority shipping will be delivered 2 – 3 business days after the canvas is produced. Please note that during holidays, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.
